SPICY PRAWN MASALA

Today's recipe is a very spicy prawn masala. Mouth is already watering????.......well......it should be! Coz it was a FANTABULOUSLY BEEEEEEEEE UUUU tiful dish!
You guys must definitely give this a shot. Its super easy and very impressive. Prawns cook really fast. So even if you're an amateur cook, this will give you the boost you need.So no need to worry if the prawns are cooked or not. ITS DEFINITELY cooked through!

The list of ingredients look loooong and daunting. But they are just kitchen essentials....Bet you already have them ....so no excuses!!! ;)

My house smells delicious today. Indian cooking can be smelt a mile away. The aroma of frying ginger garlic....the smell of cinnamon.....the curry leaves as it hits the oil........ahhhh! glad Im Indian!
I comfort myself thinking its a healthier recipe then the 'fried' recipes or the 'varuvals' :)
This dish goes well as a side for dals, rasam, pulao's.........u name it! even for roti's!
